Pessaries must be precisely fitted. It is not possible to guess at the exact size pessary your patient will need to obtain the desired results. To properly fit a pessary, it is necessary to have at least one of each of the 4 most commonly used sizes in any given pessary you plan on using.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Kegel (exercise) Kones is to isolate and identify the pelvic floor muscle so that Kegel exercises can be performed to strengthen this muscle and/or improve sexual physiology of the vagina.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Pregnancy
- Presence of vaginal, cervical, or pelvic infection
- At the time other vaginal devices such as tampons, pessaries, diaphragms, or IUDs are being used.

Abbreviated Information:
Loss of muscle tone is a common problem with many women after having a baby. Certain other conditions can also lead to the relaxation of the perineal and/or vaginal muscle tone. Treatment involves exercises to strengthen or regain the muscle tone.
Purpose:
To isolate and identify the pelvic floor muscles so that Kegel Exercises can be performed to strengthen those muscles and restore continence and/or improve sexual physiology of the vagina.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy
Should not be used in the presence of vaginal, cervical, or pelvic infections.
